Rest assured, your details will be securely emailed to our team or stored in our mail list system or on our Portal if you are a client, and removed from our website within 7 calendar days.

Data captured on the Portal is necessary to provide services to, communicate with and manage invoices for our clients. Your data will be retained on this platform as long as we are providing services, proposing services or promoting services to you. Each client is expected to provide a primary contact who receives operational communications and invoicing. As mentioned elsewhere, we do not have access to your actual credit care information at any time in compliance with PCI standards.
