Login is not required to receive updates and interact on tickets you open. However, you can access your tickets on our support website as well.
This guide will walk you through how to create an account, contact our support team, follow up on requests, and get the help you need through the Ambrosia Digital Support Platform.
๐ ๏ธ Ambrosia Digital Support Onboarding Instructions for New Users
1. Initial Account Setup
When your account is created in the Helpdesk, you will receive a welcome email.
Follow these steps:
- Click on the Login button located in the upper right.
- Enter your email address.
- You will receive an email from us.
- Open the email and click the provided link.
- You will be taken to the “Submit a Ticket” page.
- For security reasons, you will be sent an email link each time you login.
๐ If you didnโt receive the email, check your spam folder or reach out to your system admin.
๐จ Step 1: Submitting a Support Request
- Go to our Support Request Page: https://support.ambrosia.digital/ticket (Donโt forget to bookmark this page.)
- Fill out the request form:
- Your Name
- Your Email Address โ Weโll use this to send replies.
- Company Name
- Ticket Type
- Change Request
- Problem Report
- Scope
- Website
- SEO/Local SEO
- Social Media
- Transactional Email
- Bulk Email
- Advertising
- Customer Software
- Reports
- Other
- Impact (Problem Report)
- Service is Unavailable
- Service is Degraded
- Service is Functional but Unsatisfactory
- Service is Satisfactory but Needs Improvement
- Urgency (Problem Report)
- Website URL (Optional)
- Subject โ A quick summary of your issue or question.
- Message โ Describe the problem or request with as much detail as you can.
- Add Attachments (optional) โ Add any screenshots, documents, or images that can help.
- Click Send โ and you’re all set! ๐
You’ll get a confirmation email with your ticket number.
Alternatively, you can email your request to: [email protected].
๐ Step 2: Checking the Status of Your Request
- All updates and replies will be sent to the email you provided.
- To reply or follow up, simply respond directly to our emails.
- Every message you send is added to your existing support conversation โ no need to start over!
๐ฌ Step 3: Replying to Our Team
When our support team responds:
- Youโll get an email with our reply.
- Just hit Reply in your email app to continue the conversation.
- Your response will be added to the ticket automatically.
โ Step 4: Resolving the Issue
Once your issue is resolved:
- We’ll mark the request as closed on our end.
- If you still need help, just reply to the same email โ it will reopen the ticket!
